Passionately UNCORKED is less about memorizing wine facts and more about opening a doorway to culture, landscape, conversation, and a more curious life.

Long before UNCORKED existed, Jamie had fallen in love with a slower European way of living—where wine tells the story of a place, meals are meant to linger, and the best conversations happen around the table.

In midlife, she finally took the leap and moved to Europe with a passion for wine and the dream of building a life centered around the things she loved most: lovingly tended vineyards, historic villages that seem to transport you back in time, and the deep sense of calm that envelops you from being fully present in the moment.  As she explored vineyards, met winemakers, and discovered quieter corners beyond the typical tourist routes, she realized those experiences were about far more than wine. They created genuine connection—to people, to place, and to a different rhythm of living.That realization became UNCORKED. Today, Jamie curates intimate experiences that invite guests to slow down, discover remarkable wine regions, and leave with something deeper than great bottles: meaningful memories, new friendships, and a renewed appreciation for living well.

What began as a personal journey of rediscovery became UNCORKED—a space where others could experience the same transformation through wine, connection, and intentional presence.
